I haven't received my purchase

This place is a scam. I asked to cancel my order the next day and then emailed me that I would receive my refund with 7 business days. It have been 11 days and I have not heard back for the multiple emails I have sent. Please do not fall for this scam,

Quick easy reliable

I sent an email after realizing the items I ordered were too short in length (necklace & bracelet) and too big in width. I received an email to clarify my intentions, which I detailed. I later decided to return all items and receive a refund. Once I asked for a full refund all communications stopped!!! As of this writing, I have yet to receive any return shipment information!!!

Everything looks good. Haven’t worn in the shower or water yet.

Upon reading other reviews looks like I’m not the only person that hasn’t received their package the other person has been waiting since December I’ve been waiting since the very beginning of January and still haven’t gotten any real information only someone skirting around giving a real answer I guess I got beat out of my money.

I bought the chain& bracelet combination for my son and he loves it.

Shipping took a while with express mail option...
