Recently purchased some Jordan 4 Wet cements and unfortunately they arrived and were scuffed on the toe box. Emily at sole supplier handled my complaint perfectly. A returns label was sent out and I was asked to let her know when they had been sent out. As soon as I had let Emily know another pair had been sent out prior to them being received by sole supplier. A new pair were received two days later. Spot on customer services.

Found a pair of uggs that were out of stock everywhere. They arrived quickly and are perfect. 100% genuine. I'm really impressed thank you

First time customer here. I never write reviews but feel compelled to! Was reluctant to purchase the new Wu-Tang Nikes from anywhere other than Nike due to horror stories of damaged packaging, goods, delays with delivery etc. I ordered the trainers for my son Friday and received them today, its only Tuesday! The box is immaculate and there is no reason to believe the dunks are not genuine. I ordered as a Christmas present but seeing as my son is 15 in two days, he can have them for his birthday. My not so little Wu-Tang fan will be over the moon! If for some reason they turn out to be fake, I really don't think he will care. They are stunning and im gutted they are far to big for me to borrow. Thank you Sole Supplier

The 90% of box from shoes was damaged like somebody jumped on it. It was limited collection shoes, so I wanted to keep the box also, but, unfortunately, I have only shoes without box (1star)

Updated: the team from the store contacted and offered a certain percentage of the return of the goods, glad that there is such staff (3 stars)
