Had the exact shoe I wanted in my size, at the perfect price.
Easy checkout and received my shoes within 3 days of purchase, will definitely use again!

At first I was sceptical. The Handball spezial trainers were £35 more than list price (+ delivery and fee) and I was worried it was a scam. However the price must have reflected demand as they we unavailable EVERYWHERE. I was well informed and the trainers arrived on the date promised, new with tags. Can be trusted - if you’re willing to pay any uplift.

Excellent service, with updates and tracking info. I was dubious to use for the first time, but they were really good. They arrived when they said and in perfect condition. I would def use them again. I ordered a pair of adidas spezials for my daughter, as couldn’t get them from any store. She is well happy with them.

Ordered my shoes on Monday and they arrived on Wednesday. Great service.

Wow the customer service I received from Emily has been fantastic, she went above and beyond. I didn't receive my first order but Emily sorted everything out on Saturday evening and I'm pleased to say my order arrived today.
I did also contact the company a few weeks ago for assurance and Caitlin was brilliant as well. I will definitely use this company again. Keep up the excellent customer service.

I was worried when I first found the site as they seemed to be able to get the UGGs that every other supplier seemed to be out of, I ordered and the parcel arrived within 2 days, there was a slight mixup however Emily answered within minutes and rectified the item within 24hrs, 10/10 to this company and Emily the level of after care was astounding, thankyou again for providing a fantastic service.

As a seller, I had an issue with an order pay-out. I sent out an email and got a reply back from Emily within an hour. She quickly identified the issue and clearly explained what I needed to provide in order to retain my seller verification. She maintained frequent communications with me even till past the end of the working day. Emily went above and beyond to help me solve this issue! By 9pm that same day the money was in my account! Truly exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!

I couldn't find the Ultra Mini Uggs anywhere. I came across Sole Supplier, and, bang, they had them. Their resellers add a small premium, but I felt £30 more for a product sold out everywhere was worth it.

Sole Supplier's customer service was also impressive. There was an issue with my delivery address, and they dealt with it within 24 hours, ensuring my item was delivered before Xmas rush! Thank you!

One thing to remember. Sole Supplier marketplace is for resellers. This is not going to be as perfect as shopping from the brand directly, but man, what a gem of a service they are delivering here.

Emily has tracked and kept me updated on my order and even go the extra mile and tracking it through the courier. She’s been absolutely outstanding thank you so much.
