I have now used Solar Centre for over 3 years and have been extremely pleased with the service and quality of goods purchased.
The company have always been easy to contact for advice and as a customer have always been updated re delivery from moment of purchase.
I recently had a query re some USB Solar net lights which Nicole at Customer Services dealt with efficiently and effectively.
Would definitely recommend this Company

Terrible. I went to this company as there uk based and thought it would be more trustworthy. I ordered 3 products, 2 of them didnt work so I returned them and 2 weeks later ive had no contact and no refund or replacement. Impossible to get through on the phone as nobody obviously monitors them. Massive waste of money and very frustrating.

Over the last 12 months we have purchased a range of solar lights for our garden and we would highly recommend them. Not just because they are great products but when we have ad a small issue with one light the response form the support team was brilliant and particularly Nicole. The replacement has ben ordered without delay and we will continue to be customers!

Good product, quickly received. Had an issue with one of the bulbs and Nicole in their Customer Support team resolved it for me immediately.

Ordered the solar decking lights. Really impressed with the quality and sturdiness of the lights. Was surprised by how bright they are considering they are solar. The solar panel itself is surprisingly big and the lights are really bright at night. Also had a small issue, spoke to Nicole who dealt with it promptly and effectively. Thank you.

We got in touch as two of our bulbs broke and Nicole dealt with our issue. She was very professional and offered us replacements and spares free of charge. We are so pleased with our solar outdoor lights and would recommend the Solar Centre. Will definitely use them again.

SolarCentre do have great responsive staff. Nicole and Ella in particular where very helpful. We purchased some fabulous TrueFlame USB Solar Torch Light With Flickering Flame for a good value price and they were very atmospheric in our garden during the evening. We had a slight problem with two of them and Nicole & Ella very quickly sorted it out and sent us replacements. Thank You! Great to do business with SolarCentre!

One lamp I ordered had a manufacturing fault. It has been promptly replaced. Service has been exemplary. I am very grateful, especially to Nicole who dealt with the issue very efficiently.

I've used lights from the Solar Centre for a few years now. Within the last two years I purchased two more sets of Edinburgh Festoon lights, however in the last six months one stopped working. I tried new batteries, charged the solar unit and nothing. A few emails with Nicole and she offered to send a new solar unit to me. My lights work again! Great customer service. Would recommend to anyone!

I bought various solar lights for my garden. They are all great. I bought post lights for my decking posts, 2 pebbles ( that glow different colours) and 2 lanterns. They are well made and simple to put together. They look lovely in the garden. I had to contact Customer Services because one of the batteries died, they replied to me quickly ( via email) and sent a new battery free of charge. I am going to buy more and I would recommend them. 5* for service and quality.

I contacted customer support via email they replied very quickly, one of because one of the batteries failed they were apologetic about it and said they would send a new one but instead they sent a new post cap light. Well done Nicola superb company.

I have purchased numerous solar lights from Solar Centre and they are all beautiful and last year after year.
Last month I did have a problem with one sphere light and I contacted customer service to see if there was anything I could do to fix the problem. Nicole dealt with my enquiry and immediately offered to replace the faulty item . Within a few days the replacement had arrived. Such great customer service

Lovely lights and good service. My first lights I purchased about 5 years ago and are still going strong.

Upon a couple of recommendations,one being from ChatGPT i purchased my friends wedding gift from The Solar Centre.I bought a solar lantern with a crook to hang it..The lantern arrived and it was so lovely,but a little scratches on lantern top.Spoke to Nicole on customer service and a replacement sent... lovely item and excellent service thankyou.

Ordered three sets of Lavenham lights which are beautiful. One light stopped working within a few weeks contacted customer service which was excellent dealt with Nicole &bElla and a replacement was posted same day.

Had an issue with my festoon lights . Spoke to Nicole and she immediately resolved my problem. Most impressed with customer services at Solar. Speedy and efficient service. Will recommend to all my friends. Thankyou Nicole

I ordered from the this company- Solar Centre and upon delivery it was most unfortunate that one of my Chester Up and Down lights was dented. I phoned the company and chatted to a lady called Nicole who couldn’t do enough to help rectify the problem. A new light was dispatched immediately and apologies provided. This company truly went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Thank you so much Nicole and Solar team. 👏👍

This is the best company I have ever dealt with. The products are the best around , I’ve been shopping with them for well over five yrs .
Twice when I have had an issue with lighting it’s been replaced or refunded .
My last lot of lights were replaced with no issue . Thank you so much Ella for all your help .
