After finally agreeing a sofa with my other half, we learnt the cruel but necessary lesson of adulthood that sofas do not have fast delivery times from most traditional manufacturers. We looked for others that would deliver within the timescale and budget but all we could find were very drab sofas (neutral colours being a safer stocking tactic).

We then found the Sofa King, and decided to see if we could get one given the variety of styles and colours available. We were really impressed with the fast delivery and responsiveness. Everyone I spoke to was genuine, and its clearly an authentic, small business - even with the excellent customer service, it really just felt like having a chat.

The only slight niggle was the delivery drivers didn't stay to put the sofa up, but this was because we had all overlooked that where they were parked was no parking after 8:30am, and they had arrived at 8:21am. Still, the sofa was remarkably easy to put together myself.

I came into the unfortunate position of being evicted due to Covid-19 and having to buy new furniture around working 70+ hours per week as a paramedic. I found this company after doing some digging and found they were local and very reasonably priced. After sending a query for a corner chaise that I'd seen online I was contacted by Lee who was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He advised to come to the shop for a look at the sofa and arranged to meet me there to see what they could do for me. I ended up order the chaise corner sofa in silver velvet and the Oslo armchair in mustard velvet. They were really helpful with delivery and worked around my work schedule. The delivery men also kindly assembled the sofa for me. I couldn't recommend this company enough with the customer service and excellent quality of the furniture!

Extremely good service; changed the delivery method to get me a sofa faster with no problems, and still put it all together for me. Can't rate the service highly enough!

I really love the sofas, I’m planning on buying the one seater to complete the room. Both sofas are really spacious and comfy. They’ve got a nice firm back which offers great support!
