Absolutely appalling parking, people have been beeping and having to find a different way round, you may be able to clean but you obviously can’t park and are incredibly inconsiderate of where you are working

I used the company for End of Tenancy cleaning. To start with I wasn't sure with the company as they did not come back to my quotation request quickly. Having said that this company is probably one of the largest cleaning company in Southampton and they have many customers, also it was busy time for any cleaning companies that other companies I tried to contact also took time to come back to me.
Once we were in communication, everything went so smoothly. The company is very flexible. Like another reviewer, I changed my work request twice with short notice, but they were very understanding and accepted the change happily, which I felt grateful. They worked very fast and quality of their work was excellent. I will definitely use them from now on.

We had a fantastic experience with Soap Opera end of tenancy cleaning from start to finish. Quick response on first contact, excellent customer service when we had to change dates and add additional services. We realised last-minute that we would need help with shampooing carpets and washing windows and they were able to get it don on the same day with short notice. Highly professional and hard-working cleaning team - they came in, got the job done in a few hours and left the place looking better than when we moved in. Couldn't have asked for better, I would totally move into our old house again!
