I purchased these cigars on Jan 21, 2026, and the experience was outstanding. The seller proactively sent detailed pictures before shipping, and the cigars arrived in flawless condition. Highly recommend!

An absolutely awful shop
An absolutely awful shop. Terrible customer service, rude and unhelpful. They advertise boxes of cigars that are in actual fact just a single cigar for huge prices. Buyer beware!!
Do not engage with this supplier go elsewhere is my strongest advice and opinion. They do not put the customer first.

Victoria, all the cigars are described if they are a box or a single cigar.
Your review is based on a scam/fraud you are pulling to do fraudulent chargebacks on cigars you received, then 3 months later (after Christmas) saying you didn’t, to try and get money back.
After many offers to help you report any possible theft of the cigars, you changed your story and claim “many things get lost and go astray” in your building, you admit they got lost.
My responsibility as a retailer, is to send the products you pay for and I did via Royal Mail Tracked 24, for which I have evidence. My responsibility is not to refund a purchase that you lost.
After several attempts to ask you to politely tell your bank you did receive the parcel (photographic evidence of proof of delivery via Royal Mail) but that simply lost them, you refused and became very hostile.
My bank have advised to report you to the police. We do not tolerate any chargeback fraud scams.
Retail theft is a crime and will be treated as such.
A simple email telling your bank to drop the case could solve everything or even any evidence telling your bank that you dropped the claim would work.
I am saddened that people who think they can have something for nothing exist and it calls into question your morality and decency as a human being.
Shame on you.
I hope no other retailer has to endure this despicable behaviour from you.

Upon receiving my new machine from the smoking jacket it was wonderful. I then realised how I found using the machine therapeutic. 😅
