Martha is very bright but insulted me~
Martha is very bright and I love listening to her videos and bought her sleep class- and after I paid $97 for the class, it would not show up in the platform called "Practice Better." It turns out that you can't log into to a class if you already have an account and after many emails and hours of effort to no avail, she insults me to the staff on the platform saying "I'm sorry we're both having to interact with her today 😢" and then rejected working with me as a client! - These were the issues I experienced:
1. This caused me hours of effort with a class tech issue that was not mine and an further a waste of my time with hour long zoom interview
2. insulted me (victim blaming) and then...
3. discarding me and saying she wont work with me for *their* tech problem (idealize, devalue, discard)
4. everything in the class that I paid $97 for was available for free on her Youtube channel.
I was not helped but hurt and insulted by this interaction, and will find a better sleep coach, or maybe take a FDN class myself! This was her old URL and not so great reviews sadly, maybe a more compassionate approach for a health coach would be better.
