Plants are healthy and beautiful. Well-packaged for delivery

Bought a alocasia, packaging was great, only one leaf that looked like it was going dormant. Only gave 4 stars because there is some white mold / fungus on two of the peddles that I'm trying to get rid of.

I recently received an Areka Palm by mail, and I couldn’t be more pleased. It arrived in excellent condition and is now thriving by my office window, adding a vibrant touch of greenery to the space. Since placing it there, I’ve noticed a significant drop in CO2 monitor levels. I’ll definitely be purchasing more of these little beauties for other rooms in the house. I highly recommend for anyone looking to enhance their indoor environment with a healthy, elegant plant that requires little maintenance.

I've ordered several times from The Sill and have had no past issues with delivery nor packages. This time my plant's rootball (African Milk Tree) was completely uprooted from the pot and the bottom of the box was full of soil that was leaking from the package. Obviously things can shift during shipping but I thought it could have been packed & supported more carefully. I repotted upon arrival and am waiting to see if any long term damage. It's very top heavy as a plant so this may have been part of the issue.

You can better coordinate the delivery of the actual plant and the pot. I haven’t seen the items since it was a gift, but it was embarrassing for the recipient to receive an empty pot first.

The first shipment was damaged in delivery. Customer service responded promptly and sent me a new order.

The plants were delivered on their side. Dirt was spilling out the box, left a huge mess.

The plant arrived with 4 of 7 leaves damaged. They were bent to fit in the box and have dried creases and holes. Pretty unhappy with such an expensive purchase. I just hope the plant makes it.

I like my plant, but it is huge! I am worried about the leaves being cracked and brown.

Great buying experience! Plants arrived healthy and well-packed. There was also a wonderful selection on the site. Based on the included care cards, my beautiful plants have been THRIVING in my care (and I am by no means a plant expert). Super happy with my experience and will DEFINITELY buy from The Sill again.

Plant came on time and well packed

Delivery was on time. The only problem is that the tree is losing quite a few leaves. It was a gift for my granddaughter. She wrote to you and sent a picture of the tree. She was told that it looked healthy, but it is still losing leaves.

Great plant, shipped very carefully. Arrived perfectly.

I would like directions for the plant stand and the screw that came with it
