The Shop at home has saved me and family lots of money!
I originally purchased a washing machine at savings of upto 40% off RRP! My family has gone on to purchase fridge freezers, dishwashers and tumble dryers.
All items have warranty for piece of mind!
I definately recommend!!!!

Dryer was faulty and leaked all over the floor. Slow on correspondence to replace so eventually had to re order elsewhere and get faulty machine picked up and got a refund.

Quick delivery was placed exactly where I needed so it was easier for me to move into place good price product reduction for condition of item.

Bought ex display washing machine, it was delivered within 4 days which is great, however poor communication. Requested return as item not as advertised, missing inlet pipe and did come with no transit/transport bolts, more than 2 days no response, however no communication yet from the shop despite follow ups-No phone to use or any active contact details. Surely, customers must not have to chase suppliers like this!

I ordered and paid for fridge freezer it is to be delivered 5-7 working days I went on webchat?????? to say I am not at home on 2nd October and have received a message to say its being delivered on 2nd october. I have been on web chat again and again no reply, there is no phone number listed how do I contact them?????????

Delivered a dishwasher that leaked. Replaced it eventually, refused to take the faulty one away but the next one broke after three months.
Ignored messages to replace the second faulty machine for weeks, then I had to wait until they got more stock. So after buying in February it took until September to get a working machine.

very good experience, very clean and looked after well and a very organised shop overall this shop is amazing

The staff are really nice and they know what there doing really nice to me this is really recommend

Brought an oven, had a slight issue which was resolved as soon as another like for like oven arrived in stock.

The machine delivered has developed a fault and I’m not able to call anyone about it to help. I had one email reply to my complaint but now silence. My tenants are now stuck with a broken washing machine

I'm so pleased I found this site. The 10kg washing machine works well with no damage. The fridge/freezer though slightly damaged works well too. A returned product and a damaged product found a new home with me and I saved money too. Double thumbs up!!

Great up to date model - smart washer/dryer - with all the bells and whistles and at a great discount. Grade B but smudges barely visible. Delivery within a few days. Very impressed.

The delivery service is awful. Never contact and never delivered. What is happening? I really want to know.

Great service, quick responses to all the questions I had. Grade B means nothing as the washer was pretty much impeccable. Delivery was fast. Price was perfect.Definitely using again
