Eugene told me, my money will be back and never happened, This is a fraud, seems this company steals again and again. Please get back my money. I tried to cancel subscription and no way to do it.

Response was very quick after I requested. Your readiness to resolve problem in my favor also made this experience great.

After wait 15 day don't received what you has said about payback last payment.

They quickly replied to my email and my request was dealt with promptly. It remains to be seen if what they stated in the email will be done or not, but I am giving them the benefit of the doubt.

The support team is helpful I had unexpected charges taken out of my account and requested a refund and the support team has been working to get it back to me as soon as possible I have not received it yet but today marks the 10th business day so it should reflect in today due to the help and assurance of the support team one being Max

The support answered my question in a few days even though i wrote the messagge in my language (italian and not english). Not just that, they Also solved the problem that I had reguarding a “not intender subscription on their site”.
