Ordered a ukulele hard case online, no confirmation from them, sent several emails without reply, phoned numerous times no answer and could not leave message as voicemail box full, got through on one occasion assured call would be returned which they didn't, thankfully paid via PayPal and received full refund.
Was at their checkout to buy a £300 amplifier they had on their website, emailed them to check what courier they were going to use as it just said "Express delivery £6.99". I needed to check as many just dump packages outside the front door, and I have had parcels stolen previously.
7 hours later I emailed them again as I was still waiting to buy. Never had any reply to either email. I therefore made the purchase from another seller I had used before, as given their lack of customer service, had there have been an issue with the product I would have zero confidence in them even replying to me given the poor experience I had had with them.
