Before starting our trip, our requests all was handled and carried out very well by your staff Niloshana.From when we arrived Prasad driver /guide took care of us very well .We did cut out some tours due to lots of walking or climbing, but he took us to see Kandy in the evening from the hilltop.We really enjoyed ourselves and once again Thanks to Niloshana and Prasad.
Our guide throughout the trip was Niyaz. He was very accommodating for all our needs, he ensured we get checked-in into the hotels as quick a possible by calling them in advance. He was super flexible on changing plans if and when we needed. He always gave us our space when we needed it. The driver, the helper and Niyaz were a perfect team taking us around.
From the office was Ms. Niloshana, she was very efficient and hands on with any questions we had before and during the trip.
As a travel company, we would def use them again for future trips, how ever we would definitely change the hotels we stayed at.
