Had a fantastic bespoke interior fitted along with a remanufactured steering wheel in July 2024.
Leather on steering wheel had started to lose colour after 10 months.
Luke made a commitment to provide a replacement which was fitted 29/10/2025.
Way beyond what I expected and a company true to their word.

This company was recommended to me by a Toyota main dealer to repair the seats on my 3O year old camper van which had become worn. What a find! Everyone in the company gave great customer service and the quality of workmanship just blew me away - and all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend these people. No hesitation.

I am of an age that remembers great customer service, so in this age of mediocrity, what a pleasure to deal with Seat Surgeons. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained in great detail, helpful suggestions meant the final product was better than I imagined. Driving us to our hotel and then collecting us the next day we're all part of the service. And then the finished product, truly beautiful seats far better than the OEM version, I couldn't be happier with overall effect. I simply can't recommend Seat Surgeons enough, if you are considering a retrim don't hesitate to contact them.

My seats are so great, my van now looks amazing ,there are a very professional company and where a pleasure to work with, also they were kind enough to drop us somewhere to shop to save us waiting 😃

Seat Surgeons did an excellent job replacing the cover on a motorbike seat, really helpful advice, fast turnaround, extremely high quality work and a competitive price.

Seat Surgeons completely transformed our T6.1 factory seats to sports seats, and the results were unbelievable. The quality of work was to the highest standard, as was their customer service. Very accommodating, outstanding through and through.

Had my motorhome cab seats done today. I would 100% recommend this company. Great choice of leather’s, great attitude by all of the staff, and great quality. Delighted with the result.

Recommend these guys to anyone - customer service from start to finish was fantastic, they really look after you and the quality of the seats and workmanship is top notch, love the heated sports seats. Dropped off at 9am and seats were fitted by 3 and good to head back to Essex. Wish I hadn’t waited 3 years to get them done!

f you are thinking of replacing interiors =LOOK NO FURTHER. I had been looking and pondering for literally years, and then made a fantastic choice.
Laura, Alex and the team are fabulous, all are extremely helpful, friendly, very experienced and so easy to deal with. I am thrilled with the new leather interior for my MX5. The team replaced the tired foam bolsters on the seats, door cards and gaiters with stunning quality leather and attention to detail.
We had arranged to stay overnight in York and they kindly dropped us off at the hotel and offered to collect us again the next day when the car was finished. Which was completely unexpected and very much appreciated.
The service was over and beyond expectations, the quality of the work exceptional. Weeks later and I am still smiling!

From the initial contact I made through to installation I cannot fault this company. Their communication was clear, date for installation agreed.
Having driven up from Surrey, I was greeted with a coffee and they even ferried me (and my dog) to a lovely place while they fitted the seats.
I have to say, the drive back on my new seat was absolutely superb. So comfortable and well worth the drive. Thanks guys!

Had my T6 front seat upgrade done by this company about 6 weeks ago I’m absolutely made up with the job they have done and I would recommend getting these done to anyone.
I wanted to have a good long drive in them before I did this review and I can 100% say that not only do they look great but they are so comfortable too

Had my Caddy seats retrimed today Excellent job start to finish All the staff were very friendly and helpful Cup of tea made for us as soon as we got there. Cant recommend them highly enough Having heated seat pads fitted was well worth the little bit extra

Wow, just wow, from initial contact from my design, constant updates & when I actually arrived on Friday morning after a 250 mile drive, I was utterly blown away how my chosen Tan leather deign & the craftsmanship that went into it. Easy to message people, but the staff, lads who done the install are such nice people, along with Laura who I dealt with from initial contact. The 5;26 min drive home, back to Surrey, after leaving there @ 2pm was a joy, I never even stopped. 10/10 company & i'm so happy . Ps Laura makes excellent tea.

From start to finish Luke looked after me. He was professional and extremely efficient. Very friendly and helpful. When I went to have the seats fitted I was chauffeured into York for the morning and collected. The driver was really friendly. All in all just fabulous service. I would recommend them as a company without hesitation.

Had front 3 seats plus RIB/2 rear seats retrimmed in leather . Decided to vist Seat Surgeons beforehand as the cost seemed almost too good to be true. They took all the time I needed to show me examples of their work and agree the leather design and stitching. This alone sets them apart from many other companies I enquired with. On fitting day I had the same attention given, was taken into York and picked up once the work was done and had a transformed van at the end. Cannot speak too highly of Seat Surgeons and would recommend without hesitation.

From the initial enquiry through to the fitting, The Seat Surgeons didn't fail. We made initial enquires over the phone after visiting the website and was dealt with promptly and without any issues. The whole process was made simple. We travelled up from Cambridge with the Van and within half a day the job was complete.
