horrible customer service. emailed twice about a return and havnt heard a damn thing

I recently ordered The Max Soul online and I'm pleased with my purchase. The printing quality is excellent, with sharp text and vibrant images. The shipping process was fast, even though it took around 14 days to arrive, which was expected. The packaging was secure, protecting the book from damage during transit. While the wait was slightly longer than I anticipated, I didn't mind as I was informed beforehand. Overall, I'm satisfied with The Max Soul, and I would recommend it to others who appreciate good printing and fast shipping.

Terrible customer service, there was no notification of my order being processed or being shipped!! Once I received the item I turned it inside out and washed it in cold water the rubberized decals stuck together after removing it from the washer I carefully peeled but the decal ripped. I notified customer service again no response took action with PayPal

Very fast delivery and the t shirt was perfect!

Do NOT .. I repeat .. do NOT do business with this company. They are off-shore in China and are difficult to work with and impossible to receive a refund from. I tossed $$ down the toilet. Stay clear of them .. or best of luck !!

I ordered 2 shirts same design 1 tank,1 tshirt. Was sent tank with design iordered 1tshirt different design. I want to return the tshirt, and get the correct design.i will contact PayPal and ask for a refund.

They never sent the t-shirt that I ordered on 10/09/2020. After sending them approximately 1600+, yes 1600+, emails they finally responded. "It was lost in the mail." Can we send you another? Yes, please!. Receive the new t-shirt and guess what? It was the wrong t-shirt and the wrong size to boot!

Despite some holiday shipping delays, and my original sweatshirt color being out of stock, my entire order arrived within 2 weeks. The printing and quality of the shirts was fine. I am quite satisfied, will definitely consider ordering again.

I placed an order on 9/14/20 it is now 11/10/20 and I have not received my order. There voice mail is B.S. If they are that busy hire more customer service or get better people.

Customer Service needs improvement! I messaged several times with no response. I finally received my Golden Girls sweatshirt. I was disappointed in the quality. I received in compressed bubble wrap, I had to cut the corner to get it open and made a cut in my sweatshirt. Very disappointed!!!

The order was too small, no response from customer service on refund or replacement after multiple times trying.

Ordered a t shirt over a month ago. Got my invoice saying processing. Even paid extra for ups shipping. Still no shirt and my credit card was charged the day I bought it. Tried to contact customer service with no response. Horrible customer service. I don't recommend them.

Everything came in a week early and beautifully packaged

I bought a cover for a two-seater sofa and it did not work, I asked to change it or return it to get the money back and it has not been possible to give me a solution, I have been sending emails and writing to WhatsApp for more than a month, and I still no have an answer

I ordered a hawaiian shirt for my husband(xl), took one month to get here and I have 3 complaints
1) the shirt is so small it would only fit a child or small women
2) the material is cheap and I doubt would hold up for more then 1 wash
3) it took almost a month to get here
I am disappointed , but more in myself for not researching for independant reviews
