When I received the perfume it smelt like it was either heat or light damaged as it didn’t smell like my original bottle. I contacted the seller and they advised me to send it back for a refund. I did so at my own expense as recorded delivery. After 2 weeks of it being received back by the seller I still hadn’t received my money back, and after repeated emails which went ignored and no refund after a total of 6 weeks, I had no choice but to contact my bank to dispute the transaction.

I ordered Creed Aventus 100ml for men. The bottle came and it was scratched all over with discolouration. The bottle looked very old and worn. The scent was very different to an original Creed bottle that I had from Flannels and it did not last on your skin. When I complained about the authenticity I was told that different batches can smell different. I sent the bottle back and provided proof of postage however despite trying to contact them on numerous occasions they have not got back to me and not provided me with a refund. I wish I had listened to the other reviews before buying. Do not be scammed AVOID.

Absolute rip off merchants hawking fake perfumes. Bought a Tom Ford Oud Wood which I have been wearing for years and got some junk that smelled like soap in a busted bottle that had leaked all over the poxy packaging they sent it in.

Complained and was given a return address but they refused to issue a refund because they reckon it was damaged in transit. IT ARRIVED TO ME DAMAGED. I returned it packed tight in the same bubble wrap they sent it to me in but decided that because it wasn't rattling around loose in a box that it wasn't sufficiently packaged.

Absolute charlatans working out of their spare bedroom and ripping people off. They will pop up in reply saying they sell authentic perfumes but I know this scent and what I got was not it. They have stolen £100 off me and deserve to be shut down. Reported to trading standards, hope they get a sizeable fine.

So happy with my first purchase! Will definitely be buying again and again. Thankyou

Not original smells more like a soap and doesn’t last at all

Purchase Tomford Tuscan Leather 100ml, Cant complaint about the price their prices are just amazing, I did have a chat msg on their website before purchase and asked about what does tester mean their response were very quick and after purchase item received as describe, the fragrance is just amazing. Their customer service is also outstanding keep me posted through out the transaction by sending email time to time in regards with delivery. Item also received very quick will purchase again.

I ordered Dior Poison 100ml tester arrived quickly and I can't complain, unfortunately, parfum nothing like original.
Some few notes is similar,lasts 30-40 minutes...
Totally wasting of money!
I emailed the company and asking for refund, also about instructions of return.
Still waiting for the reply....

Company refused my request because of the Return policy.
They have very specific policy, absolutely not clear 15 days or 30 days.
I'm not sure at the moment but may I will make chargeback request via my bank.

Bought Creed Aventus 100ml bottle received in 4 days after purchase item was as describe cant go wrong with the purchase will use again

Purchased a product for a birthday at great price. Unfortunately due to Royal Mail the parcel was delayed and missed his birthday. I cannot fault the customer service I received, very responsive and communicative. When the product did arrive was very pleased , genuine product.
Will definitely use again

Had to chase several times for an update on delivery, in the end was informed that Royal Mail had returned the item to the seller? odd experience

Still waiting for delivery 3 weeks later!! Was a birthday present - birthday been and gone

Do not buy from this company , never received order and they won’t refund or resend.

It says delivered , with a picture of a parcel in a bush . I will get my money back and have reported you to trading standards.

Wrong item sent initially however the correct item was sent once I sent the wrong one back. Seller was very quick to respond when I advised the error and resent correct item promptly. Would use again.

RECENTLY BOUGHT TOM FORD NOIR EDP 100ml TESTER. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. GENUINE STUFF AND ORIGINAL.

Ordered Tom Ford black orchid , said it was a tester (100ml) , but it smells nothing like the original.

Emailed and they send I can return for a refund which I will do.

I bought Tom ford oud wood from them was not sure before buying as i was doubting that their products are legitimate or not but i still risk it, after i received the product i loved it its 100% legit item at a very affordable price will buy again

The perfume I receive didn’t not seem or smell original.I am actually disappointed with this.I feel I waisted my money.Intially I had ordered a 100 ml bottle of Creed Royal Oud only to be told after purchase that the bottle was no longer in stock.I was the offered a vintage version for the same price ,but a 75 ml bottle and upon receiving the package I knew I was up for disappointment.The bottle looked rough,It was wrapped in bubble wrap and just looking at it,I knew I was up a for disappointment.I feel I was robbed of my money and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to these people.Ratehr you pay more money with reputable companies with guaranteed satisfaction.This was the a very big mistake and a risk I won’t be taking again with these people.I am sorry but I wouldn’t recommend anyone moving forward
