Item returned for refund on seller advice, no refund received & emails ignored
When I received the perfume it smelt like it was either heat or light damaged as it didn’t smell like my original bottle. I contacted the seller and they advised me to send it back for a refund. I did so at my own expense as recorded delivery. After 2 weeks of it being received back by the seller I still hadn’t received my money back, and after repeated emails which went ignored and no refund after a total of 6 weeks, I had no choice but to contact my bank to dispute the transaction.
