"Jamal solved the problem" is the sentence TRENDUTİL asked me to post on your site in order for me to get my money back. Never order from those scams, run!!!

First they charged me around 65 EUR for joining what looked to be a backpack giveaway campaign, that based on the info provided would only cost me 2 EUR, then I eventually got hold of a “support” phone number, called them, spoke to some customer service agent with zero authority, and about one month later, they start bombarding me with emails about leaving a good review on TrustPilot and praise the “Escalation Team” in order to get the amount refunded. I left two of those, just to make them stop sending me emails, but nothing happened, and I suspect that the rest of the people who have left a review here have had some similar experience… TrustPilot themselves should be made aware and do something about this despicable tactic, and people should stay away from the Scent Club… Scammers!

Saw an advertisement on Facebook stating it was from Boots for a free gift. Did state a small fee was required. Clicked on and it required bank details where it then took £20+ (cant remember the exact amount as it was several month's ago now) and informed me I'd signed up to a subscription for reduced priced beauty products. Contacted the company via email and they let me cancel subscription but refused to refund initail payment. Until now apparently. I've recieved several emails stating they'll refund me if I leave an honest review to let customers know what a good company they are with good customer service !!!!

My experience will be satisfactory if I receive a refund. In this case, I will consider that my concern was taken seriously and handled appropriately.

Could you please confirm that my subscription has been stopped and will not renew again? Also, could you let me know how many working days it will take for the refund to be processed.
