They've been non stop promoting this god awful service. I've been getting their gross ads for MONTHS on YouTube because what? I'm a woman in the UK and your ooga booga neanderthal brains wanna promote your disgusting propaganda to push women to get pregnant? How's about you go through that and tell us how that goes since you're all for it yeah? Risk your life please 🙏 idiots.

I wouldn't recommend at all. Horrible and damaging experience. After round of IVF we had our first positive and booked an early scan here. The monographer was so unfriendly and unhappy. I was scanned for all of 3 minutes and felt like no effort was made at all. I was instantly told I had two sacs and one was empty the other contained baby but baby had no heart beat. No compassion or empathy in her voice or delivery at all. We was told to wait outside. we waited whilst someone else was scanned. So to be told my baby has no heart beat and it should, then to be told to wait I was in a terrible state of mind. The sonographer eventually came out and simply handed me a piece of A4 paper with the measurements and 3 scan pictures . I asked her if it was normal to not see a heart beat and her reply was simply 'I can't call it a miscarriage until it's 7mm'' that was all she said to us. She didn't tell us to re book for a re scan or reassure us that it could be early or anything. I left grieving and spent the evening googling miscarriage and researching online o try understand how long until it was going to come. heart broken is an understatement. I know no one wants to hear that news but it was delivered so cold with no empathy or anything. Luckily something told me to re scan with a different company a few days later. We had two healthy babies both with strong heartbeats and this scan took 30minutes and was so though, they measured absolutely everything and gave us images and details report to take home. I would never recommend this place and they ruined my experience and let me broken for no reason. No effort was even made to look and my scan lasted all of 3 minutes. Most place offer a re scan this place was awful no care considering the job they are doing and how sensitive and meaningful these scans mean to people.

Disappointed with the lack of online booking options. In today's world, it's frustrating to have to call multiple times or go in person just to get an appointment. It's uncomfortable

I hope they upgrade their system whith the online appointments to make the process easier.

Awful experience the staff member couldn't even insert the probe, I question whether the staff have any medical experience. Very cold service and wasn't given any guidance on the results of my scan. My results concluded I didn't have anything in my tubes which was an error as I had an ectopic pregnacy. DO NOT use this clinic please go to medical professionals.

We had an awful experience at this clinic during our 4D scan. I would strongly advise avoiding it if possible. The appointment was a disaster on multiple levels:

*They don’t list their packages on the website. When we arrived, we were given a piece of paper outlining the available extras. We chose a 4D scan with a USB containing videos and photos.
*Our appointment started late, and while I was already on the bed waiting for the ultrasound, we were informed by the assistant that the machine for recording videos wasn’t working. However, later on, the sonographer told us we could choose between photos and videos. So, either we were misinformed by one of them, or they simply weren’t communicating properly.
* The sonographer was incredibly rough, pressing the ultrasound probe hard into my belly and twisting it around as if my baby couldn’t feel a thing. She didn’t even ask for my consent before touching my belly or if I was okay with the strong pressure she was applying. I told her it was uncomfortable and that my baby didn’t like the harsh movements, but she continued regardless. Naturally, my baby started protecting himself with his arms and legs and eventually turned away.
* After about 15 minutes, they told us to take a walk and come back, but they didn’t make much effort in the first place. The sonographer kept pushing on my belly without any prior discussion, and we were left with just seven 4D photos. The quality of the photos was terrible, and you couldn’t see the baby properly at all.
*We didn’t even get a proper view of our baby as they mainly showed him on a 2D scan.

It was a complete waste of money and time, and the treatment was so poor that I was on the verge of tears. We had been looking forward to this moment, especially after reading the positive reviews, but it ended up being a deeply disappointing experience.

An excellent clinic Scan Clinic truly is in the way the lady was very attentive and helpful. The nurse Abdenour Derridj was so friendly, patient, professional and so supportive in the way he conducted the blood test. I felt really satisfied with the services of Scan Clinic. If I ever go for a blood test in future, I will go to Scan clinic again.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the excellent care and professionalism I received at The Scan Clinic (The Scan Clinic, 635A Cranbrook Road, London IG2 6SX). I am especially grateful to Nurse Abdenour Derridj, who took my blood with exceptional ethics and dedication. Not only was he very confident in his work, but he was also very friendly, which made the process comfortable and stress-free. His careful approach and skill were truly remarkable.

I also want to extend my thanks to the entire clinic staff, particularly the young lady at reception who helped me fill out my personal information. The warmth and attention I received from the moment I walked in until I left were simply outstanding. Everyone made me feel like I was in good hands at all times. Thank you so much, I will definitely be returning.

Very good clinic! Professional and efficient

1.5 hours to get there. They told me to go on a full bladder. I get there - oh sorry that was a mistake. Dirty toilet. The doctor refused to do the scan when I asked to take an extra picture for no reason rather than he only does what he is told to do. Basically an unprofessional idiot.

Very unprofessional clinic. I enquired about having the ultrasound steroid injection as I am in chronic daily pain. Was told by them that I had to complete a vetting form and I could have the procedure done on the same week on Friday. I was over the moon to hear this. I called them the following day, as they said they would ring me back, which they failed to do, to see what time I can come in on Friday. I was told it can not be done on Friday as the person who does the injections will be on leave. This was not what said to me the day before. They put false hope into me, they completely lied and failed to return back calls.
I am flying out next week and was really hoping this procedure could of been done, as it would of helped me while being on holiday.
Be careful of this clinic, as they mislead people
