Awful customer service and dare I say…
I'd put zero stars if it was an option!
The sad thing is I purchased a unit previously and was a happy customer
which is why I returned, BIG MISTAKE!
Awful customer service and dare I say dishonest!! and more importantly rude and disrespectful in not acknowledging or responding to text or email messages.
promised a full refund on a butchered wig (my six year old grandson could have done a better job on) upon receipt of the unit. Which I returned and was signed for by John on 23rd Dec and to date no refund has not been forthcoming,all communication is being ignored. The festive season is not a factor as she has been receiving orders and posting online during this period.....go figure, but you can't respond to a message!
Like the review posted in 2023, I did not want to resort to posting negative reviews or escalate the matter, especially when trying to support your own, but Sandra Malik has sadly demonstrated why we continue to be cautious in supporting 'our own', especially when dealing with dishonest so called buisness people who have no integrity.
My post is to serve as s warning to others that you need to be mindful of who you are dealing with and there is a chance that you may have a similar experience with Hair by Sandra Malik especially if she continues to behave in the same way and does not redress her customer service.
I will finish by saying Karma is real and when it comes back it usually does so with interest!!
