Sway is motivational and the people that she presented to us were good; so good in fact that you don't see the upsell coming your way. For folks that are trying to change their lives for the betterment of themselves and their families, paying ($12K+) to NOT get the hands-on care that is needed at that price point is somewhat disappointing. It was stated that she had planned to "slow down" and cut back on the coaching but was making an exception for this group especially to continue the "masterclass" coaching........ DON'T FALL FOR IT! Just saw another advertisement for more masterclasses coming. At this rate, the salon biz is not her primary breadwinner, however folks paying this kind of money is-- and not getting the type of "consulting" that one would have expected at this price is again disappointing. However, her partnering with the credit consultant, Ali, as well as a financial consultant, and commercial realtor for Q&As are the best part of the masterclasses.

I am so excited about starting my salon suites business. This training was a real motivation to do what I need to do to get started. I feel that tonight training was real genuine and I appreciate that so much. Especially these days. Thank you Sway for sharing your knowledge and time with us. I appreciate you!

I have been seeking God on how to start my own business. Joining the live event this evening, with "Sway The Pro" is the start of my prayers being finally answered! 🙌🏽 I want to give back to my community and create real, consistent, generational wealth and success for my family. This is my second time joining the free Sway Six Figure Salon seminar, and I truly believe in the business model. The information is insightful and really shift my mindset from just being a cosmetologist to building a structured, profitable business.

It’s great for anyone, but especially for beauty professionals coming from behind the chair who are ready to grow into ownership.

A helpful addition would be more guidance on marketing strategies that drive tenant conversion, along with insight into operational upkeep, including janitorial and maintenance support. It would also be valuable to include a clear comparison between investing in a franchise vs building your own salon suite model.

The webinar is unmatched, it’s a valuable experience for anyone serious about growing wealth in the beauty industry.

loved this video! I have worked as a Massage therapist for 20 years now had my own business as a solo therapist for 13! I need and want more! I have actually worked in a couple salon suites! I love how you compared the difference between this venture or real state! I'm sitting here with a real estate course but you have made me have a change of heart and can absolutely see the benefit and how this business is so lucrative! I'm so ready but because of circumstances I can't even pay for the 5 day course right now! I'm so ready to dive in though if I could! I think or know its something that will do amazing here in Las Vegas as well as other places! I'd absolutely love the chance to learn and become successful in this business! So ready! The energy from Sway is infectious. I have owned a salon and a bakery in the past. They both lasted 5 years and I used my own money to fund them. The information provided was very useful, especially for someone like me who has NO experience in commercial leasing, man this can save you from a lot of error and mistakes. She doesn't only show possible profit but also realistic expenses and real numbers! Everyone shows the goodside and the figures but she shows the real so that potential owners are prepared for this. Lastly, shes very upfront and direct. If you don't have the mindset, if you don't truly want change, if you don't believe this can work, this wont work. Very grateful for this seminar!!
