I was told that if I didn't get the medication, my 89.00 would be refunded to me. According to someone I spoke with, "Nah, we don't do any refunds". I didn't receive any medication from them but I was scammed out of the 89.00 monthly fee that I had already paid them. Turns out, my insurance company supplies my diabetes medication free of charge, so there was no need for this company's "assistance" in the first place!

The verification process was amazing. They had a decision made within 10 minutes of applying. The advocate was very efficient and professional, she made you feel so comfortable and was very helpful.
