I contacted them about two months after my purchase (having not opened my purchase until then) requesting an amendment. They were very helpful and followed up my request (which I don't think many retailers would have done!) - very happy with the customer service!
I was advised by my foot consultant to visit this shop due to the expertise of the staff. Simon took me through different stages of walking to assess the best trainers and then walked me through around 5 making sure I was happy with my choice. 100% Customer Service from all staff, lovely friendly vibe. I highly recommend this shop if you want the best in running/walking trainers. Thank you
