The delivery did not arrive in time which was disappointing as it was a gift. The 48 tracking number service was unhelpful as I had no idea what was happening with the order. The company AI service was useful as l received an email the following day giving me an update but unfortunately it was still another day before it arrived. The rum is lovely but it missed the occasion it was ordered for.

Only been doing the subscription for two months but thoroughly loving the surprise package that drops through the letterbox so far. As an avid rum lover I was half expecting to receive items I already own, but not yet. Early days I know, but two entirely new bottles each time. Great items, great delivery, great subscription 5 ⭐️

Product was delivered promptly, safely, and professionally packed. Unfortunately as it’s a gift, I can’t try it… however I thing it’s a great idea and brilliant way to try new and different brands of rum which you wouldn’t normally do.

My bottle arrived damaged - through no fault of the Rum Company, it was Royal Mail’s mishandling. I contacted the Rum Company immediately and without question they replaced and I received the next day. Great service. Will definitely use them again.

I was looking to purchase some spiced rum for Christmas presents and came across the Rum Company, I’m so glad I did. What an excellent selection of rums available to view and buy, delivered safely and promptly, would definitely recommend.

It's not often that I end up writing a positive review when something's gone wrong - but also a sign the rum company customer service is really 10/10.

I ordered a bottle of rum for a Christmas present, despatched and arrived super quickly, but unfortunately the royal mail absolutely ate it for breakfast and it arrived destroyed.

I emailed at gone 7pm on a Saturday evening and got a response within an hour with a range of options on how they could resolve this for me. Really couldn't have asked for more - thanks guys!

Purchased 3 x legends

Very high quality rums and a great selection available, including some excellent gift box options of varied 50cl rum bottles. Excellent customer service too. Highly recommend if you're a fan of rum of have a friend/family member who enjoys a good rum.
