As I took as few minutes to answer my doorbell, the rug was left outside my hall door in my front garden, and I had to haul it into my house very awkwardly. I am a pensioner and live alone. I haven't opened the packaging yet as I'm waiting for a relative to help me, hopefully it is intact and as ordered.
