Great hospitality and customer service. Very great sales person

I had a wonderful experience working with Angel. She helped me with all of my decisions in purchasing the items I needed.

As promised, the delivery was done on time and hassle free assembling.

Our sales associate (Summer) was very helpful and personable. There was a good selection and the prices were affordable.

I have always liked the room place and enjoyed my purchases and am saddened the store is closing.

Confusion over discount but was resolved.

I went in Monday morning (Peoria Store) and was met by salesperson Veronica.
I told her I was looking for a Bedroom set. She showed me several styles and checked on the availability and estimated delivery dates.

Great service! Angel Ford was amazingly helpful and I’m in love with the chair! It was delivered 2 days after ordering! I love that they tell you the name of the person delivering (especially since I didn’t see the store name on the delivery truck), what number of delivery you are in the queue and you can look and see how close they are to arriving. It was very spot on. My only complaint is that the dimensions of the chair that were listed on the website were way off. The site listed the height of the chair at 34” and the doorway it had to fit through was 29”. Thank goodness I returned to the store to take my own measurement and didn’t just make a decision based on the listed measurement. Turns out the height of the chair is actually 28” if you don’t include the removable pillows and fit through the doorway fine.
