I regret not looking up the reviews for this company before ordering a copper wrist hand brace which was heavily marketed as no1. bestseller etc. I would say the company is giving scam vibes. As soon as the brace arrived, was clearly poor quality, cheaper neoprene brace I bought from savers was better. Paid to return the item - which is not mentioned on their website, not even in the small print. The email to my return enquiry was odd - giving me the option to keep the item and receive 40% if I was happy with it. I did get my money back, so that is something. Looking at the other poor reviews, Theroflex is just a scam type site that sells cheap quality items and best to avoid.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered my Daughter the 5 in 1 Airstyler for Christmas and it's absolutely awful quality and literally doesn't work. I have contacted the company who take forever to reply to e-mails and the return address is a home address! Absolute scammers and after reading all of the reviews everyone else has had the same experience. STAY WELL AWAY!!!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID at all costs. My daughter bought a laser hair remover off this company which took weeks to arrive (but claim fast delivery on there website), when it did arrive it and she switched it on she got a electric shock and sparks coming from the device. Tried to arrange a return (Easy returns & 30 day money return on website) but never answered emails to arrange return. Further checks on this company reveal it is an affiliate not a company who buys his goods from Aliexpress (reason for slow delivery) he has put up a cheap website to sell these goods, and uses FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) for his delivery's to us the customer. There are some excellent affiliates who use this methods to sell goods, but this seller is not one of them, he is a scammer. I will now report him to his local Trading Standards office due to making many false claims on his website. Actionfraud.co.uk has also been informed about this scammer. I will also contact Amazon FBA department that there name is been tarnished by this appalling service by this affiliate (Something Amazon will not be happy with). Please, please, order nothing with this affiliate, he is a bad business person, and is only here to scam you. Despicable person who needs closing down as soon as possible before more people lose there money.

If you’re reading this and unfortunately like me you’ve already purchased from this crooked company then I’m sorry but it “ain't happening!”
If however you haven’t ordered anything yet, then stop and sit back smugly knowing you’ve just saved yourself from throwing your money down the toilet

18/2 - they are clearly paying people to write good reviews. Take with a hefty pinch of salt 14/02 - a letter from my bank states that Theroflex tried to take the disputed payment from my account again! Even when I returned the dreadful product!
BEWARE! Scammers. UPDATE: I did hear back from them. They wanted me to withdraw my chargeback with the bank so they can refund me! Needless to say, I did t withdraw my chargeback as I don’t believe I would have ever received my refund! *** Absolutely shocking customer service. I bought two foot massage mats and the quality was dreadful. One of them was missing parts too. I requested a return, back to 11 Laurel Close in Luton and made sure to let them know when it had been signed for. They said it will take a full week to inspect the goods on return. Needless to say, nothing! No refund and he is not responding to my emails.
I really wish I had read the reviews as it is clear he has scammed people for well over a year now - and a lot of us. My bank has refunded me the money and I have contacted Trading Standards. I really hope he is stopped from stealing any more money from people. So dreadful! I don’t know how some people live with themselves!

Avoid avoid avoid DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered a 5 in 1 air styler on 27th November 2024 and I am still waiting for it . I contacted customer services several times and was told due to high demand there are delays !! I was told by ‘Sophie’ it was sent out next day delivery on 20th December still waiting !!! I paid £65 and have been robbed . Asked for a refund request ignored ! I am now taking action against them . I would like to give them -100 stars

My dad ordered the fort building kit for my sons birthday and we did indeed receive it a few days later. However, it was a pile of rubbish and frankly, dangerous for little children. Essentially it was just a bunch of flimsy straws with sharp edges and plastic bobbles, some of which were broken and - again-dangerous for small children. We tried to assemble something but it wouldn't even stand on it's own, less so with a sheet on top. Awful quality.

I wrote to them to return it and they said they incky accept returns for products that have not been used. I explained that we tried using it but it is dangerous and I want to return it. That was 2 weeks ago and I never heard back from them, despite chasing numerous times. I tried calling but their number is invalid.

That's when I started looking into the business. The business itself doesn't exist but the return address is home to many dodgy looking small businesses (none have a phone number etc) all registered to a Mr Mohammed Vahora.

I am looking at filing a claim against Vahora as this is just despicable behaviour.

Absolutely terrible experience from Theroflex. I have tried to return an item purchased for a Christmas present. The images online are misleading. The fort building set pieces look much larger than they actually are. The poles are very bendy and the connection sections small and very difficult to push into. I have tried contacting the company (mobile number out of use and email address takes days to get a response) and it has taken days to get a response and when they have responded they have offered a discount or returns at my expense. I wish I had checked trust pilot before purchasing. You are an appalling company with appalling customer service, poor quality items and mis-selling products whilst distance selling is very challenging for customers to deal with you.

My order was placed on 25th November. Despite numerous emails it still has not arrived. I’ve requested a refund several times but ‘Sophie’ says they are looking into it. This company owes me £65 and are now ignoring my emails.

I bought 5 in 1 hair dryer. The quality is really cheap plastic and not ceramic. I requested return, for which I had to pay £7. Using tracking number, I can see they received it a week ago, it looks like some guy at a normal home address, so I don't think it's a business operating in a proper office. I contacted them twice since they received my return, no respond, no money back. Looks like a scam!

I read the wrong reviews on this company. They’re not what they seem. The positive reviews that appear on their website aren’t genuine and I hope
people read reviews on Trust Pilot before engaging with them. I returned items I bought from them and had reason to believe I wouldn’t get my money back. Luckily, I have, eventually, been refunded, in full, for my purchase but I won’t be a returning customer. If you’re reading reviews on here, you’ve just saved yourself your money no matter how small a spend it would’ve been!

They send out hair styling products which are not what you ordered- it takes a month to come and then it’s subject to a UK product recall for electric shock! Getting a refund is impossible- they say it wasn’t returned within 30 days of them sending it but that’s because it took 30 days to arrive! There is no phone number and they gaslight you by email.

Appalling service. Stated next day delivery, still not delivered 4 weeks later. Requested refund as missed Christmas, no response, no phone number to talk to anyone. Wish I had read reviews first.

Tell you next day delivery and constantly email back with where checking on your tracking will get back to you and never do email again and send the same thing ….. do not order there conartist take your money and get no product asked for a refund and get no response or refund !!

I should have read the reviews. I ordered a den building kit from here, believing it the be more robust then the£10 set, from The Works. It really isn't. I am hoping I will be able to return for a refund, but I'm not hopeful ;(

Ordered the DIY building kit and then saw the reviews here and panicked! However, it came the next day. Like another review said it was £27 but prob worth £5 as it’s just very cheap bits of plastic. The sticks are like straws, a lot smaller than it looks on the website and they’re very weak and can’t hold a blanket up. Some pieces were missing. Also be careful as the sticks are sharp and my little one cut her finger.
2 stars for delivering quickly but definitely not worth purchasing due to poor quality.

Bought a hair wrap in April and it's not useless. I contacted them and they requested a video which I sent, now they say they haven't received it. You can't reply to emails and it's very frustrating.

It’s not even worth 1 star but no option for 0. I ordered a ‘build your own den’ for my nephews bday present that cost me £27 and no exaggeration, it wasn’t even worth £7!! It took ages to come with no tracking or shipping information and the customer service is also shockingly bad. This place is an absolute rip off!! I made the stupid mistake of reading the reviews after I placed the order. This place needs to be shut down for good!!!

Do not buy from them. They have a very impressive website but all the promises , " verified reviews " are all false. I ordered a build your self fort. What they sent me is a bunch of drinking plastic straw and plastic balls. It is not fit for purpose. I am trying to get my money back . they could not care a bit. Not replying to my email . I noticed Tom Williams give Theroflex a 5 star review for the same item but did he mentioned if it is fit for purpose or the quality of the item.

Order the Theroflex© Premium 5 in 1 Hair Styler Pro V2 on the 25th of November is now Christmas and still haven’t received it I have asked time and time again and they tell me should be with me 3-5 business days if I’m right is been way over that! Stay well away from this company!! Scam scam scam
