I placed an order for a foot support back in early December and have never received the item. I have contacted the company a number of times asking for a full refund but have been told that the product has been delayed but is on its way. Absolute shambles of a business, do not buy from them.
Terrible Experience – Avoid This Company!
I placed an order in early December with a promised two-day delivery. Weeks later, the product never arrived, despite numerous emails and reassurances from the company. Every time I reached out, I was told the item was on its way—nothing but lies!
After endless back-and-forth, they finally promised me a refund. But to make matters worse, they then had the audacity to ask me to leave a positive review in exchange for a £10 Amazon gift card!
This kind of business practice is unacceptable. I wouldn’t trust them, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware!

I purchased the 5-in-1 hairstyler from Theroflex on December 17th, 2024, for my daughter’s 21st birthday, which was 10 days later. The item was advertised with free next-day delivery and guaranteed arrival before Christmas. Unfortunately, this promise was completely false.
After a few days with no delivery, I emailed their customer service several times to inquire about the order. I received no response, even as Christmas approached. Desperate, I had to purchase an alternative gift elsewhere, which was delivered the very next day after ordering.
On December 28th, the hairstyler still hadn’t arrived. When I threatened to escalate the issue to Trading Standards, I finally got a response, claiming it was “too late to stop the order” as it was already in transit. They instructed me to wait for the delivery, then email them for instructions on how to return it—at my own expense!
The item finally arrived on December 31st—two weeks late and completely useless to me by then. I followed their instructions, requested a refund, and mailed the item back on January 12th after finally receiving the return address. Despite providing tracking proof that they received the item on January 15th, I didn’t receive my refund until January 25th—over five weeks after placing my order. To add insult to injury, I had to pay £5 out of pocket to return the item, even though it was their failure to meet their promises.
The customer service was appalling: slow, unresponsive, and dismissive of their responsibilities. I will never order from this company again and strongly advise others to avoid them at all costs! 😡
STAY AWAY !!!! Den Building Kit pathetic
I am fuming !!! Paid £37.99 for a ‘Den Building Kit’ it’s basically made out of straws and will not stand up at all. My kids are gutted, I sent back for a refund at my cost and from what I’m seeing like everyone else they are scamming everyone !! This is not on at all, I really hope these scammers get caught.

Bought two gifts. Both really poor quality so requested a return. Paid next day delivery both items late. Returned and paid for return postage and they are claiming items have been used and won’t refund me even though they were returned exactly how they sent to me.

Dreadful product delivered to me. It looks nothing like the picture and was of such poor quality that it broke straight away. The customer service was poor and it looks four weeks for them to process my refund request. Do not buy from this company. It's a sham company which uses false marketing to sell it's products.

We bought the 144 piece fort. We assembled it and instantly realised it was very poor quality. We went through the returns process, at our cost, and have been told because we used it we were not entitled to a refund. How is it possible to find something is not fit for purpose without trying it. Next step credit card company.
HOW TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK
Ordered a den kit for my daughter for Christmas. The box says 36 balls but arrived with almost half. This doesnt function without the necessary quantity. After a number of emails and no responses - I called my bank. I explained the situation and the bank reclaimed the funds from the seller. Guess what happened then - I got a reply the very same day saying the box had the wrong information on it! Nonsense! They have said they will send out replacement pieces for the kit to work, Will write again if it doesnt arrive - but some kind advice for all others. Go to your bank and they will help you!

Here is my experience with Theroflex.
I bought a pair of gloves from them and after reading the reviews on their website thought they were a great shop with very quick delivery times.
When the gloves didn't arrive I checked out the reviews on Trustpilot and was shocked to see the reality.
I contacted Sophie but heard nothing. Then a couple of days later the gloves turned up.
Unfortunately for me they were a bit tight on my hands so I contacted her to see if I could exchange them for a larger size.
I had to pay the postage and get a tracked delivery as per their rules. I tracked the package from my end and saw that they had been delivered to Theroflex.
I then contacted Sophie to tell her that she was in receipt of my gloves and when I could expect my replacement ones to arrive.
Initially I heard nothing from her and was getting worried, but then received an email from her repeating her request for me to ship the gloves to her.
I immediately fired an email back saying that I already have done that and they were with her. I asked again when I could expect my replacement gloves to arrive.
After a few more days of waiting she sent me the same email as before. This was the 3rd time I had received this email and I was getting pretty angry, but I responded the same way again.
After 3 day's waiting and hearing nothing from Sophie I finally gave up and contacted my credit card issuer and asked them to retrieve my money back through the "Charge back" service all credit card company's provide.
This is for when goods either don't turn up or they are faulty or not fit for purpose and the supplier will not help you or give you a refund or replacement.
It took American Express 1 day, that's all to get my money back, one day!!!
It might take your credit card company a bit longer but at least you will beat this dishonest company.
One more thing is that through all of this Sophie has always responded to my emails. Sometimes her emails dropped with me late in the evening and on two occasions at 3 in the morning.
What kind of hours is Sophie having to work in this job?
It almost looks like slavery to me. However angry you are feeling please be careful not to take it out on her as she is obviously over worked and under paid.
She is the only point of contact with this company. I wouldn't like to deal with what she has to.

I ordered the 5 in 1 curler wand back in November 2024 as a gift. After many weeks of no delivery even though I had a Yodel tracking number. I contacted Theroflex and was assured the item would be received soon, after a wait the parcel arrived mid December. I gifted this on Christmas Day but after 1 use the product was overheating and melting around the on/off switch. I immediately contacted this company 26/12/24 but after many emails they responded asking for proof of damage, this I sent then again another long wait. Eventually a response asking for me to return the goods. Thankfully I did this tracked postage as, as you can imagine no contact from this company. I then decided to contact this company daily(sometimes multiple times) by email but also copied every email onto the complaints form on the web page. Yes they did try to fob me off but I didn’t let up, reminding them that they were not registered with Companies House, which I believe is a legal requirement for a UK business also I asked questions regarding the different addresses they used to return goods than the one advertised on the website.
Finally today I have received a full refund.

I would have listed zero rating … like some others on here, ordered a den kit for my nephew it came and it was pathetic! Everything had no resilience to it and the den cover was tiny! OMG it was embarrassing! Contacted the company and they said anything light weight could be used, no apology for the size of the original! Even if he could use a sheet the weakness of the whole thing would mean it would collapse! A complete joke. Please don’t waste your money! I wasted £40! :-(

Sadly another customer here trying to pursue a refund for a falsly advertised den building kit. The company used false pictures from a different (well known) kit and are misleading customers.
I was given instructions to return the item, to which I followed and sent back via tracked delivery. On receipt of return to the address given, I followed up and I am still waiting a month later to receive a refund. They have stopped responding.
I have now passed this matter to my bank to resolve as luckily, I purchased using a Credit Card.
I have also reported the website to the National Cyber Security Center and I urge others to do the same. We need to get this site and scammers shut down.
Disappointed in the quality
Still waiting on an order, and no response from the company, poor service, wish I had have read reviews it was supposed to be here in a few days. So after posting this and sending an email the parcel came the next day, I'm a bit disappointed in the quality.

AVOID!!! I agree with the last review. Although there is a wide range of latest technology products, their customer service and return policy are diabolical. I was trying to return one of the three items purchased before Christmas but the return policy is to email their support. I emailed with all the necessary details, asking how to go about returning one item and after 4 working days I received an email asking if it was bought within the month of allowed return. This could have been checked out from the order number!!! To which I have responded within seconds. I am still waiting for instructions on how to return it. I will be out of the statutory 28 days return by the time they answer. SCAM!!! Shame on them. AVOID
