We use thermoworks for years in our restaurant and could not be happier with the thermocouple's we use the therma k the bluetooth connectivity and how it works with zenput is awesome.

Commercial Kitchen Workhorse
I have been using Thermoworks products for my entire 25+ career as a professional chef. Both probes and instapens, they have served me well, i only wish the probes were more durable, especially since replacing them can cost more that their receiver. Had one sent defective customer service replaced it immediately. These are the gold standard in commercial kitchens.

Be Prepared To Wait!
I placed a gift order on November 21st and it finally shipped on December 27th. ThermoWorks did not ask me if I still wanted it and they fulfilled my order incorrectly.

Awful support, and Awful product
I purchased the Thermoworks Signals, which is supposed to be a great device according to all the people they've paid on youtube, but the device is horrendous. It only works on legacy wifi networks and drops connection regularly. I attempted a refund, but once the device is opened no refunds are offered. Terrible decision to get this, stay away.
