We recently had a thermosphere floor fitted under our bathroom tiles. I was a little confused as I thought i'd interpreted the instructions correctly, however the amazing Leona in customer services pointed out all the options which could be wrong and despite my delays in coming back to her, was so pro-active and lovely in following up my progress that I didn't just want it to work for me, but for her too - she deserved for me to get it understood. It works perfectly fine now I've got the hang of the settings.

I recently purchased the below model of electric radiator, and I have been blown away with it.
The ease of setting it up on the radiator on the 'Comes as standard' app was a doddle and it looks bees knees!

Great job from ThermoSphere they were very helpful from start to end

Always get a great service. Office sales very helpful and deliveries are always spot on.

I always judge a company on what they are like when there's a problem and for that reason I give 1 star.

I installed one of their systems in a bathroom and did install two sensors as they recommended.(Not sure why they don't just include two sensors in the pack if they recommend it) which was lucky as after 6 weeks of working the sensor then incurred a fault and was reading a high temp for no reason.

I called them up to ask why this had happened and they were adamant that i damaged it on install. I told them that i was very careful placing the sensors in the matting and also when tiling over them yet it failed after 6 weeks of working fine.

The sensors are £30 and it did not last more than 6 weeks.
The company offered no compensation for the faulty sensor. I did not expect it to fail so quickly and also to be told that i damaged it when i fitted it.

So just be aware that they are not willing to replace or refund faulty parts.
The person on the phone said to return the sensor but how is that possible when it's under a tiled floor.

Poor back up service and will never use again.

I install luxury bathrooms in the South East of the UK. I have been using Thermosphere for a long time as I really like their products and never have any issues with their quality or reliability. I always install their Self Adhesive Mesh U/F/H matting, in various sizes. My preferred Controller/Thermostat is the Touch / Dual. This is super easy to set up and works really well. As it's a dual controller, I also use it to program the electric elements in dual fuel towel rails. The Touch /Dual product avoids having to have another controller sited on the wall.
Thermosphere's telephone support is excellent. Whenever a customer has a problem or query with the setting up of their controller, they always assist with the issue and give the information my customers require.
I'd highly recommend Thermosphere.

Awesome service. Delivery didn't arrive at first so they rectified it and sent a free delivery on Saturday for a specific time. Would recommend!

There was a small problem with a product which was sorted out immediately by very helpful staff. I would thoroughly recommend Thermosphere.

We have thermosphere underfloor heating in 2 rooms now. We experienced a technical issue with one of the thermostats, called up and the customer service was excellent. They even called me back to check on the status. We would definitely recommend products. Even the fitters said was easy.

As a frontline worker I was donated some bottles of hand sanitizer to try. It is an excellent product. It does not sting or irritate even on damaged skin. There is no lingering odours and it spreads nicely without leaving any sticky residue. A great product. Thank you ThermoSphere.

I like this sanitiser better than those that I’ve tried in hospitals. It doesn’t dry my skin or leave it feeling sticky after using it and it comes unscented as well which is good for those who are quite sensitive to strong scents like me.

Following difficulty sourcing product locally, additional advice offered on putting outlets in touch with Thermosphere for product availability and a quick turn around. Thermosphere then confirmed the advice they had then subsequently offered to 3rd party to ensure my order was complete and accurate for installation needs.
