Very nice experience
Very nice experience. A bit crowded during weekends. Would really help if kids would not be allowed in all the areas. They tend to run around non stop.

I initially rated Therme 5* but …
I initially rated Therme 5* but unfortunately I had to change my review due to an extremely unpleasant situation my friend went through at Therme, because of a very incompetent, untrained and misogynistic member of staff who treated her very disrespectfully. What's even worse is that she emailed Therme about the issue and she has never received an apology. Will never return and don't recommend it

My favorite place to relax in cold winters
It's my favorite place to relax in cold winters. The place is beautifully landscaped, unique in this area of Europe. To avoid weekends, it is quite crowded. Excellent price ratio!

The place is nice,unseen.staff very poorly trained in customer skills plus attitude sucks from the front counter.i got the feeling they work against each othe not like a team.lifesavers are big womanizers,allways looking at young girls butts.mangers not very helpfull, in case of anything, they send u from 1 to another.NOT WORTH MY TIME.
