Excellent Air Conditioning install

I have a small garden office that I work in daily, for the past two summers it has become very hot in the afternoon and almost unworkable. I sent out some requests for quotes in mid April after some warm days.

James from Thermacool replied promptly and with a good amount of detail. All communications used a professional platform for invoicing and quote sign off which was very reassuring and there was a good set of options for budget, mid-range and high-end.

I went with a Panasonic unit and it was installed by the team in a morning, they arrived early, did the job very well and were competent and polite and friendly. I am very pleased to recommend them highly.
