The worst
The worst. I ordered a dress for $1100 on April 23. It is now May 6 and it has not arrived. The tracking shows acceptance of it but zero movement. Calling customer service goes to VM. Emails are replied to with delay. There is no chat. Via email, they told me to wait. For what? it is obviously lost. Hopefully my credit card company will refund me. Stay away from this business!
