I had a wonderful time at Rejuvenation Clinic. Hair removal is so fast you can have it done in half an hour. Services are wonderful

Dr Russo is very caring, attentive and flexible with appointments, such as when, prior to my hair removal treatments, he thoroughly explained everything. He responds to my emails promptly, which is very reassuring. After my 6th session, I had about 80% hair reduction. I am very pleased with the service and highly recommend them to anyone, especially first-timers.

I have seen Dr Russo twice for cool sculpting and both times he was very detailed in explaining the treatments, its effects etc.
The first time the areas treated stayed numb for several days, I had measured myself before and started seeing results within a few days. (Subtle but I could see). After the 3 months I was completely satisfied and returned yesterday to treat two of the same areas one more time and I am looking forward to seeing results. Dr Russo is very professional, reassuring, responsive via email and very accommodating with appointment times. Do not trust non Zeltiq machines (the official cool sculpting) that will offer fat freezing at very cheap prices, I’ve tried that and it is absolutely not effective. Thank you Dr Russo!

I had cool sculpting. There was no discomfort like i read may happen. I was left alone in a cold room and had 7 treatments in one day. Spent a lot of money and nothing happened at all. After the treatment i was told to go on a carb free diet - we can all lose weight like that. I don’t think the machine worked at all and there are absolutely no results. If you go on the website now there is nothing about cool sculpting - only skin products!!

Would avoid at all costs. I was gifted vouchers for their Canary Wharf branch which offered facials. Branch closes down, refund requested. After much back and forth the clinic manager agreed to refund, in writing but they have still not actually refunded.
Looking at the other reviews on here, this clinic appears to be a conning machine

I had the unfortunate experience of using this clinic's and Dr Russo services. I paid an exaggerating amount of £1200 for coolsculpting with no results and they never took measurements or follow up with the treatment please avoid at all costs.

Contacted them after the Canary Wharf Clinic Closed down with over £900 of my money. They emailed back and promised a refund and asked for my card details to refund directly. then did nothing. I contacted them again and they promised the refund again.
this was at the beginning of the year.
I am giving them one more chance before making a claim through the Government Gateway. The fact that they responded and said they would give me the refund means they aren't going to win this...

Canary Wharf clinic closed down unexpectedly without telling customers and taking their money. The Harley St clinic is still open but staff are not helpful, amd claim they have no record of customer records from Canary Wharf and refuses to refund customers. How can a business have no record of their customers especially if they have pre-paid for treatments?! Highly advice against using this brand in any location including Harley St.

Took our payment in full promising a full refund if we changed our mind.
We did, they refused to give us back our money.
A bunch of crooks.
Keep well away from them they are dishonest.

Canary wharf branch closed down by baliffs, with no pre warning or offer of refunds for pre paid treatment. The staff at the branch that is open is rude and refuse to refund customers.
