I don’t understand their gauge for condition because my less than perfect phone looks, feels and works just like new. I don’t feel obligated to write reviews but I was so impressed I felt that a review was appropriate. You can trust this company to perform far above expectation.

I had difficulty with updating the iPad without a PC and Nelson and the team at the refurbished apple store were exceptional with assisting with tips to try and also offered me a full refund minus shipping back to them which I did not mind paying. They get 5 stars from me for customer service.
