TRR for the win!
TRR was originally recommended by a friend. Appreciate that they authenticate all items and that they give good product descriptions and close up photos of items being purchased. Over the past three years I have purchased 5 items from TRR. 4 of the 5 items have come in expected condition and great quality! Most recently, I purchased a handbag that had a few minor scratches on the hardware that weren’t disclosed in the description. However, scratches were very minor and decided a return wasn’t needed. This instance made me mark review down one star, due to not having full item disclosure. This was unusual from past experiences. Overall, very happy with this way of shopping and finding designer items at lower prices. Enjoy being able to add to my wardrobe in a more eco friendly and affordable way.

Broken Bag
My purse said it was in very good condition. When I received the LV bag the strap was hanging on by a thread and ultimately broke. That was not depicted in the pictures at all.

The customer service agent was horrible. After explaining that I purchased two different gift cards and neither of them worked. Both were giving me error messages and said expired. I requested that the funds be transferred apply a credit to make my purchase. He said I could not do that. He said I can only get a refund. O requested to speak to a supervisor and he refused to transfer me and hung up the phone after sitting on the phone with him for 45mins. I called back and he kept hanging up! Terrible customer service!!
