Not impressed
For my very first purchase, not impressed. The item arrived with a horrible odor that was not disclosed on the listing of the item. I have tried tirelessly for 5 days to get rid of the stench with no luck. The smell is so bad, it makes me want to vomit every single time I pick it up.

Very clearly was a Rent the Runway article....
Very clearly was a Rent the Runway dress (barcode was still attached to the tag....) and was described as "excellent - no visible signs of wear" when the underwire was sticking out of the bust in three places and the rubber at the neckline was crumbling. If i wanted to buy from rent the runway I would just do that; not sure why the Real Real accepts these items!?!?!?

Very good selection of the product I wanted. It took some time and effort, but I found one in exceptional condition at a decent price.
Negatives: Amazon has spoiled me. I hate paying for shipping, especially on an expensive item.
During my search period you sent me way too many emails and texts and ads on social media. At one point I got so annoyed by all of it, that I stopped shopping with you.
