Like: selection and pricing, easy to return in store
Dislike: slow to dispatch, several shipments, semi-accurate photos (color) and descriptions (materials, quality, sizes). One dress I bought smelled of perfume, I cleaned, but now that I am wearing it, someone else’s body odor is coming out. Disgusting. Also a sweater I really wanted arrived with so many snags and holes which were not disclosed

I appreciate the fact that I don't have to worry about things being authentic or not, so the trust factor is great with The RealReal. Price points are great from a buyer's side. However, there weren't many and timely updates throughout the process of delivery, like an email of successful delivery, or that it's been shipped and no tracking number. I had to contact customer service myself to get updates on these tings. So the delivery process was a little slower than I'd like.

Telfar bag was described as LEATHER not vegan leather so I assumed it was real & paid for it. Received it to find out it wasn’t real & was in worse condition than the pictures showed & then have no option to get a refund

Every item that I’ve bought from The RealReal has been top quality and it’s always delivered on time

I sent in four Dooney and bourke purses. Three in mint condition and it sows they are being returned however you have been selling this brand for awhile.

Item was marked as a small. It’s actually an extra small

Bought a Rolex and am very happy. Never mentioned anything about no papers and box ? Disappointed in that.

It was shipped almost a week ago, and spent all week in NY, mostly at UPS. Now they estimate I'll receive this "July 13th" Birthday Gift" maybe by Thursday July 16th! Ugh! To add insult to injury, while many firms offer free shipping, I had to pay for this "Pony Express" service!

Don't put the full blame on UPS. RealReal has an Account Manager with UPS, and based on your volume, you should be insisting on much better timeliness than this. YOU also have a choice of carriers. So my disappointment in not having received this yet is also with RealReal!

The item I purchased was not as described the battery was dead. Further more the watch itself was damaged was not specified

I’m giving it a five star because The handbag said excellent condition and it actually looks brand new!! 😁. Happy shopper!

The pictures and the description of items is very good, only one additional description would be beneficial, the country the item is made in, or at least show a picture of the tag “ MADE IN ????”
Otherwise this is a great site, easer friendly.

I found many of the items I hardly wore as marked good which makes no sense since there was very little or no wear on them. Very confusing as to which items you accepted and which you didn’t. Conflicting information. And no picture when I’m supposed to agree with a valuation which doesn’t make sense. Overall my experience hasn’t been great

I’m always generally pleased with my purchases. The photos for the most part are accurate but I would caution you to zoom in on the images because you are able to see smaller imperfections before you buy. For the most part the pictures are valid and clear enough to make a purchase decision but I have once or twice received an order where the image didn’t accurately reflect the condition. All in all I am mostly pleased with my purchases.

Beautiful bag but the inside was more gross than expected. I found a cough drop stuck in the corner of the pouch. Gross! The pictures are never good enough and the descriptions poor. I feel ripped off for how much I paid.
