The bracelet that I ordered for about $2500 came with a broken clasp. This was not mentioned in the advertisement for this bracelet.

I was supposed to get my wallet delivered on the 26 of June, it got moved to the 3rd of July then moved again to the 6th of July .. I was not able to track my package and I placed my order since the 18th of June. No tracking number or notifications I had to send an email to the real real team just for them to let me know that they were working on it that’s all the info that I got

I don't agree with the condition of the wallet. It was not as excellent as advertised and I wish that I knew that - I would've bought a different item.

My orders delivered very fast, they were exactly how explained and quality. I am going to shop again, very satisfied.

I ordered a pair of shoes from the site Mens 10.5 size and was sent a woman’s size 10.5, a return was initiated but was charged for shipping and lost my $25 first time buyer credit. I emailed multiple times and never received a response. I feel since it was not my fault for returning item I shouldn’t had had to be charged for shipping. A simple response would go a long way.

On the listing the shirt said large when I finally got it was a small and they couldn’t exchange it

There is a Chanel Bag in your page that I would like to buy from you and 3 times I did the purchase and few seconds later my punchase was cancelled… I tried with 3 different cards and it is not me, it is your page or that you do not have that bag available and it still shows in your page as something you can purchase…. Very Bad experience and a waste of time trying to buy from RealReal.
