Luckily, the item I purchased was exactly as described and even came in. It’s authentic box. The price was awesome. I’m super excited to wear it! Shipping time was a little over a week, which is on the slow end for most of my packages, but arrived in impeccably nonetheless.

Would love if you guys included tag pictures and fabric content pictures with every item. Love the sweater I got but it was NOT the size you wrote on the listing. It was in fact an XS/S and you marked it as an XL. Glad I took the risk, since I’m a size small anyways.

Such a bad experience for me. I bought my jimmy choo shoes for $2200 and I got $350 for them. I wore them for maybe 2 hours max at my wedding for walking down the aisle and photos. Such a shame. I wish I had the ability to agree with the pricing.

The dress I bought for my daughter’s wedding had a huge stain on it. That should have been noted in the condition of the dress but you guys listed it in good condition. Now I have to pay for pay to return a dress that isn’t even wearable. That is not good business.

I recently placed my first clothing order with The RealReal and was genuinely impressed. I purchased four sweaters from Vince and Theory, including three cashmere sweaters and a wool/cashmere blend, at prices ranging from about $16–$25 each.

All four arrived in the condition described, and I was especially pleased with the quality of the cashmere pieces. The photographs and condition descriptions gave me enough information to feel comfortable purchasing secondhand, and the order arrived well packaged.

I’ve shopped other resale sites for years, but The RealReal has been a pleasant surprise for higher-quality clothing at prices that can be remarkably reasonable if you’re willing to search. I’ve already placed another order.

My only advice to other shoppers is to read the individual condition notes and measurements carefully, particularly on final-sale items. Overall, though, this order was an excellent experience and I’m very happy with what I received.

The Real Real has exceeded my expectations as a consumer. When it comes to Selling or buying I always feel like I’m getting the best deal.
