Unfortunately my order was wrong. I ordered a Speedy 35. I paid for a Speedy 35. I received a Speedy 30. The bag is in good shape and clean but not what I ordered. Very disappointed.

I bought 3 blazers -- all 3 were in incredible condition. 2 had the original tags still attached. I'm so pleased.

Great experience, my jackets arrived earlier than expected and I am over the moon with the garments. Just as described, if not better

The shirt was as described the dress was not at all even at 20. it was stretched out in the hips and not at all excellent condition with some pulls in it...cheap yes but not even worth the 20. I paid the veronica beard t shirt was perfectly as described but because of this I won't buy anymore clothes on this site again...

Really disappointing. I ordered a sapphire bracelet $1200 with tax. It said it was delivered today. It did not come to my house. I called and the Support person said to wait 48 hours. I thought that was just not an acceptable answer. They should ask for a signature on a $1200 package.

The item I bought looks very old, and the fabric is heavily worn. By previous standards, it would only be rated "Good," yet you graded it "Excellent"—and now that I have it, I can't return it. It’s terrible. Many items I had saved have seen their ratings shift from "Very Good" to "Excellent"; I no longer trust you.

On receiving, the Oscar de la Renta long dress, which was graded EXCELLENT and priced over $1000.00, looked ok. It needed to be shorten. I took it to my master tailor and as she turned it inside out, she asked if I knew it had been mended, probably due to a cut or tear. No,I was not aware. 2 “patches” had been placed to cover the damage. From the outside it looked liked “darts”. I bought this for my granddaughter’s wedding & do not have time to return it & find something else. I am having to pay extra to cover the “patches”, plus on checking the hem, it was hand whipped on front, not in total….very unprofessional work. Definition of EXCELLENT-superior, high quality, exceptional. I’m very disappointed, feel it was overpriced & over described!

The dress I purchased was pictured with its original matching scarf, but it arrived without it. The scarf is an essential part of the design, yet The RealReal offered only a $45 site credit after failing to locate it. Although they offered a free return and the customer service was willing to help, I am disappointed by the inaccurate listing and inadequate compensation.

It was beautifully packaged and looked just like new. There were no odors or stains. Thank you.
