Love the product, great quality and value, the shipping experience was confusing and stressful since the item was expensive to me and there was a lot of shipping changes.

I ordered Chanel gst then when it arrivedc there was no fillers i side the bag. They should have put some bubble wrap or paper fillers to have it presentable.

I needed this dress for a pageant shoot! It worked out amazing and shipped fast. Only thing I wish they did was place the actual dress size # instead of Small, Medium, Large etc. I received my dress and it was in pristine condition there was not a stone missing in site. If you have luxury items do not trust the realreal with it they steal your items or sell it at unacceptable prices!! In the past, I have purchased very high quality garments at a reduced price from The RealReal. They were all almost like new. This time I purchased two men's dress jackets. One was in great condition as usual, but the other was worn out with no hope of repairing the damaged and worn out fabric. I checked with a tailor and a cleaner and they both agreed that the coat was old and hopelessly worn out. What a waste of my time and money. I shall have to return it. I hope that I won't have any problems or expenses with the return.
