I am eligible for refund
I am eligible for refund. It doesn’t allow for me to print off any refund receipt. Customer service couldn’t fix this. Their solution was to offer in store credit. I have traded three Emails. The clothes I ordered said excellent condition yet there were holes, balling animal hair and noticeable wear and tear. I suspect the garments were not inspected.
The mixed experience makes it quite difficult to continue to buy from RealReal.

I’ve had such a great experience with TRR. The customer service is always excellent. I consistently receive responses the same day, and the advisors are incredibly helpful, responsive, and on top of everything. They make the entire process feel personal and seamless. The incredible selection of archival pieces for my closet is an added bonus. It’s a big reason I continue to come back and recommend TRR!

Durable beautiful bag!
Awesome beautiful bag. My daughter in law loved it. With her having two under 2, she needs one bag for both boys and Marc Jacobs got it right. The bag is roomy and durable and the changing pad is thick to protect your baby. I definitely will buy again in the all black color.

Inaccurate representation
The item I ordered took longer than estimated to arrive. Once received, the description of "good" was not accurate as the item was so beat up I would have been embarrassed to donate it let alone sell it. I had the returned processed within 3 minutes of removing the item from the box as the condition was completely unacceptable. The good news is the return process was simple.
