Dress came with alterations not in the listing
My order came promptly, but when it arrived I quickly realized the dress had been altered pretty significantly in the shoulders. There was no mention of it in the listing, so that was a little disappointing!

nice UI, but return protection seems designed as a scam
easy to checkout the item, with clear labels of information. only callout is that the item was labeled “final sale” so I purchased the $40 return protection just in case the item came not as described/I wanted to return. after checking out, in subsequent order emails I see that the protection is valid until july 10….and the estimated delivery date is july 10…
luckily, it was delivered a day or two early, and there are no issues so I don’t want to return the item, but that was a bit ridiculous.

Great item, terrible packaging.
The bracelet I bought is beautiful and I am very pleased with it. The price was very good. The packaging, however, was disgraceful. It was thrown into a box which arrived terribly damaged. The bracelet itself was not boxed but in a pouch, at the bottom of a large packing box. Very disappointing for a unique, vintage item!

The top is not the true size
The top is not the true size. I have other items from the Khaite brand. The top look like it's been washed and shrunk a lot to the point that it is too short than what is is supposed to be.
