I appreciated the quick reply but I think the issue was more that customs did not have enough information about the value and description of the package, which delayed processing more than I would’ve liked.

I am always on the lookout for beautiful scarab bracelets and this one was exactly what I wanted—elongated teardrop shaped scarabs in the classic 1960s combination of blue and green chalcedony, unakite, carnelian, black onyx and tiger’s eye. I liked the thorough jeweler’s report, although I would have appreciated more than three photos. Best of all, the bracelet arrived quickly—I hope to order from you again soon!

Timing was good and the sandals was in good condition. I would recommend my friend to buy from this company.

Product quality was awesome, accurate description. Price was great. Delivery service was a day early.

Prices … some items never go on sale some items stay at 10% off some items description is not accurate

The Gucci silk/cotton flower pin was just as described and arrived in perfect order. These pins are hard to find and I was so glad that the RealReal had one. They are very trustworthy to buy from.

Re:Balenciaga coated canvas overnighter, with leather trim, advertised as "Good". On sale & No Return statement. I was fine with a rating of "Good" but was horrified when I unboxed this item. Heavy smell of mildew ? OR ? that was noticeable from 6 ft away. This is unacceptable for a rating of "Good" and it should have been returned to Seller by TRR

Your measurements are WAY off. I ve bought several non returnable items that are worthless to me.
You should starting throwing a tape measure on the items. Would make me start shopping with you again. Otherwise y it s a total waste of time and money.

I was very happy to purchase the camilla dress featuring snow white and paid over 500 dollars for the dress it was listed at excellent condition but I was hesitant because it was listed as a large but the measurements listed and described a small. I did reached to a team member asking to verify the size of the dress and they assure it was correct. So I bought it thinking it was just running small since it's an Australian brand I have heard they run smaller however upon inspecting the item I noticed it had been altered throughout the dress and tags were replaced and swen in. I did try on the dress and it fit and I wanted to keep it but my husband said it shouldn't cost that much if it was altered. And not listed on the description. I reached out customer service and all they wanted to refund me was 110 ish and honestly for the damages and alterations the dress had it wasn't worth it for that much. I ask for more but they said no I was willing to keep it if they return me at least 200 but no was a final answer so I said ok I need a refund sadly I had to return it.

Returning a damaged item (more damage than described on the website) was very difficult and time consuming. I had the return protection, but received no instructions or label to return the item after the rep argued with me that the damage was as described. It was not. The entire side of the bag was detached from the frame, It needed professional repair. Customer service was ted about 2 hours total of my time. Anger, NOT frustration on my part is the result!

I purchased a dress for a very special wedding. It said shipped it was out for delivery and The Real Real cancelled my order. No call no reason, just email saying credit card not matching address (which is the same card I’ve used before)
Very disappointing, especially since I’ve been a customer for awhile and have made many many purchases. I’ve also sold with the Real Real.
