Everything about this experience feels luxurious! The site is beautifully laid out, clear photos and both my sale items and purchases have been seamless. I also like having a dedicated assistant for my account should I have items to sell: she is very helpful! Sold me a very expensive fake Louis Vuitton.
I bought a Louis Vuitton Mahina Handbag for $3600.00. I took it in to LV Chicago location for a small repair that I noticed after purchase. LV would not repair the bag because it is fake. I have their statement in writing. I contacted TRR and they would not do anything about it because it was more than 14 days after purchase. They DONOT stand behind the products they sell.

Dress not as advertised!
I bought a dress that was not advertised accurately. It said size M (I assumed Medium), but it was actually a size 6 (per label). If I had known it was a 6, I wouldn't have placed the order. Also, the belt/sash was missing. Upon arrival, I noticed 2 holes where a belt should go (without it, you just see 2 big holes). These holes were not pictured online and no mention of "belt not included.
My time was wasted on this order and it's very frustrating the RR is not more transparent.

I had a difficult time getting assistance from the store staff, I sent several messages and finally someone got back to me.
The jacket I purchased was listed as size XL, it is in actuality a size L. It doesn’t fit, and I’m having to gift it to someone else
