TRR needs a better CX team
The items need better more accurate sizing information. Especially with “final sale” items. Also most shopping platforms reward me for being a high spender, TRR doesn’t. I’ve spent maybe $15k over the past 12 months and have gotten no discounts or promotions and therefore incentives to continue shopping…you need a better CX team who actually knows what customers want. Do better

Satisfied!!!
Since it's used clothes and all, I feel always skeptical before I buy. This is the second purchase experience and I'm very satisfied with my choices. Their both qualities are super. I'll never know they are used clothes unless it says so.

Shipping was a little slow
Shipping was a little slow, and I had to return an item that had defects that were NOT noted. I don’t feel that I should’ve had to pay the return shipping on this item since it was misrepresented. All other items received were good.
