Stupid shipping fee and always late on delivery

Genuinely issues are resolved but this was a doozie. I ordered a gown for a wedding . It was listed as an xs. When the dress came it was a size 24. I don’t have time to have it altered or even think it would be able to. I let them know and they offered me a 15$ credit. I said I’m sorry I paid twice that AND shipping. They said that is all they could offer. It was either a mislabel or an incorrect send. Not my fault at all. I asked to speak to someone. Considering I spend thousands of dollars a year I thought for sure they would reimburse my entire order. Nope offered to refund the dress price and that’s it. They told me to keep the item. I told them it’s 20 sizes too big for me. They then told me to donate it. Not very good service but at least I got the cost of the dress back after asking for a supervisor. Mind you I never was able to speak to one. Thank you!!!!

I received the wrong size of the Gucci sneakers I ordered, and unfortunately, the shoes were also covered in cat fur. This was my first purchase, and receiving an incorrect size along with the condition of the item was very disappointing. Based on this experience, I’m hesitant to make another purchase in the future.

A seamless online shopping experience. What fell short was the shipment packaging, or lack thereof. I received it late because UPS mishandled it. Was shipped to different UPS sorting center that delayed it by 5 days. The box was not in great shape. I could easily open the box as it wasn't sealed with any tape. There was no packaging slip or paperwork in the box either. I'm sure the box was opened, and it was taken out or fell out. The bag was inside the dust bag, but there was no wrapping or sealed plastic to protect it. Disappointed in a luxury online shop for not packaging the items they sell with more care. I have sold items online with them. This was my first purchase and probably my last.

This was my first time shopping on this website, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The shipping and tracking details were inconsistent, which made it difficult to know where my order was or when it would arrive.

The product itself also had a strong, unpleasant odor, and it did not come with the original sunglasses case as expected. Overall, I was disappointed with my first purchase and expected a better experience.

I received an item very different from what I ordered and after talking to an agent I was informed that I will receive my money back but only verbally, I also was told that an email with a pre paid label would be sent and I have not received it, the person practically hung up he was in such a hurry to get off the phone. The whole experience was rather disturbing, Would like to received what was verbally promised
