I'm so upset. I don't even want to give it 1 star. It did arrive on day they said. Paid $1,300 for a used LV bag. It's either been doctored up a LOT ~ or a fake. Check out these pictures the rings on side where the strap attach are plastic !! and the handles colors do not match ~ as if I was replaced the stitching doesn't even match. It said final sale but this is misrepresentation and i want to return it for a full refund. Also the plastic rings are too thick that the strap can't attach to them. So unfair. I was about to sell several of my vintage Gucci purses with The Real Real. This will not let me upload the pictures. I'll contact customer support ... update to follow.

Good experience. Shipped quickly and arrived safely. Please improve the search function on the website and add better descriptions with more detail on the items for sale.

My experience on 7/17/26 with customer svcs rep Steve was not satisfactory. The customer service representative argumentative thoroughout the conversation, which made it difficult to resolve my concerns. In addition, there appeared to be a language barrier that made communication unclear and led to misunderstandings. I would have appreciated a more professional, respectful and effective interaction.

The bag was smaller than in the description and in worse quality

I continue to struggle with the measurements you provide. The bust measurement is often little indication of how the garment might fit in the bust. Please CONSISTENTLY provide a shoulder width measurement. This is important on virtually all garments. It not only gives the customer an indication of the fit across the shoulder but it also is an indication of how the garment might fit in the bust and upper torso. Also your “similar “ garments feature needs work. You provide garments only of the same size when a similar garment might very well work in an adjacent size. Please integrate AI, on steroids, into your search and other processes. It could help the customer match a blazer with an appropriate dress or skirt, for example (by color, fabric, etc.). Also, your color palette should be expanded. For example, good luck if your favorite color is blue-grey or baby pink— one has to look at every navy or fuschia item in inventory. Also, your extract functionality needs work. For example, good luck if you’re trying to find a black-patterned dress with pink in the pattern. Using your feature, I’m stuck at looking at every black and patterned dress in your inventory. These capabilities have been available in database management for years. Time to hire database and AI experts. Also, I could go on and on, customer reviews on your garments would be immensely helpful. Knowing that a couple of customers found the garment to run larger in the bust, for example, would help me take a chance on a ordering a garment. I realize this is a pro and con from your perspective but I find I order more items from Nordstrom because they provide good customer reviews.
