I ordered two pairs of shoes one of them was perfect exactly as it was in the picture. The second one was actually much lower quality and it has a no return policy for that shoe. And I can see why, it came dirty on the inside as well as very worn down on the outside. So I’m probably going to be giving it to Goodwill myself because I don’t think anyone anyone would buy it for the price I did.

The boots for my wife were great. She absolutely loved them. She has bought numerous pairs brand new and this used pair is perfect for her to kick around in and save her new ones

I used to love the platform, but in my most recent order almost all items have significant stains, despite saying "good" condition and not highlighting any stains. I wish they were more explicit about the condition.

I purchased a Gucci bag listed in Pristine condition. I had very high hopes for a spotless bag because I had previously sold a CHANEL bag that had never been unboxed and it was listed in Excellent condition due to missing adhesive sticker on the front hardware. (No scratches! It had literally never been unboxed since the store purchase!) I was very displeased that my listing was excellent and not pristine. So my expectation was that this Gucci bag would indeed be perfect. When I received it, the Gucci box (one of the details required for a pristine listing)was in horrific shape. It was torn and not clean; very uunpleasant. I threw it away. The bag itself was in good condition. However the green/red signature stripe was pilled and had cat hairs all over it. I was appalled. This was in much worse condition than my “excellent” bag. I purchased without a return option because of the pristine listing.

Real Real needs to work on their rating system. My experience has been that it is not accurate, nor fair.

I received the shoes at the time stated. The shoes were in the condition as described. Nice quality. Shipping and handling was on the expensive side however.

My shirt was stained really bad it had yellow stains all over it and I paid $375 plus expedite shipping I’m very dissatisfied I know it’s used items but in the description it didn’t show in picture and will not recommend this app or store to no one a 0 out of 10!!!!

The quality of this handbag that is almost 10 years old is absolutely gorgeous. It’s from the Michael Kors collection and the logo very minimal which is what I like.

One of the sweaters i purchased said "no visible signs of wear" but there was a good amount of pilling.
