Don’t even bother shopping with The RealReal. They’ll happily take your money, then apparently treat you like a criminal for making returns-even when the returns are because they sent damaged items, wrong sizes, or listings with inaccurate measurements.

My account suddenly stopped allowing purchases, with no warning or explanation, just a fakelooking “payment failed” message even though my cards work everywhere else. I also made a prior purchase to qualify for their site promotions and now can’t even use them.

If this is how they handle repeat customers, buyers should think twice before spending a dime here.

No mention of shoulder strap missing; and no mention of the magnetic clasp being broken! Scored excellent… I’ll just save my money from now no and buy a new bag! Very disappointed

Perry not only made it my return process but selling process super easy. They walked me through everything and was very friendly. Fast shipping and great product in perfect condition

Good experience- I was worried about authenticity, but when the purse I ordered arrived, I was able to see it was genuine. I appreciated the fast shipping, the packaging of the purse through shipping, and overall customer experience. I did pay the extra money so I could return the bag if needed, but am ultimately keeping it!

Description was totally accurate! Always a solid experience from purchase to receipt. The pictures of the dress were excellent, the packaging well done, and notifications of delivery were appreciated. Good experience!

There was nothing written stating that this bag would need to be re-dyed or how faded it was, and it did not fully show in photos

Great experience with this company. Item was just as described. Very happy with my purchase. Customer service is also fast and helpful when you need them to help you resolve a problem. My only concern was with the shipping carrier UPS. They delivered my package to the wrong house and tried to say it was my house. I scattered the whole neighborhood until I found my package at someone else's door step.

The jewelry piece I ordered was absolutely beautiful and in pristine condition. I would absolutely endorse The RealReal for any items that an individual is contemplating on purchasing.
